A new school room was built in La Piragua complete with a tiled floor and two ceiling fans.
2024 PROJECTS
Bunk Beds

A team of volunteers that traveled to the Dominican Republic built new bunk beds for an orphanage in Santiago. This will allow the orphanage to accept and care for more children.
New Community Center
​
​
A new community center was built in Maimon. These community centers are an important gathering place for the people of the Dominican Republic.
Teacher Supplies

CHARM is so grateful for everyone who made donations for printers, paper cutters, and laminators for the teachers in 5 village schools!
Health and Dental Checks

​
A group of medical and dental professionals conduced free health and dental exams for the communities we visited. This is beneficial for so many local people who do not have access to these services.
School Activities

Volunteers provided activities at local schools. They did arts and crafts, handed out school supplies, played games and taught English classes.
